Terms of Service

SnapSite provides website design and development services, including single-page websites, multi-page business websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages, portfolios and related digital products. The specific deliverables for your project will be defined in the order form you submit and any subsequent written communication.

We use a combination of artificial intelligence tools and human expertise to deliver high-quality websites within short turnaround times, including our flagship 48-hour delivery promise for eligible projects.

When you submit an order through our site, you are making an offer to purchase services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order in writing.

Our 48-hour delivery promise applies only to eligible Starter and Professional plans where: (a) the client has provided all required content (text, images, brand assets, login credentials where applicable) at the time the project starts; (b) the project scope falls within the standard deliverables of the chosen plan; and (c) the client is reasonably available for clarification questions during the delivery window. The 48-hour clock starts only after receipt of all required content.

Premium and custom projects, e-commerce builds with complex catalogs, and projects requiring third-party integrations have separate delivery timelines that will be communicated before the project begins.

Our pricing is displayed on our website and is currently as follows: Starter starting at CHF 499, Professional custom quote on request, Premium custom quote on request. Optional maintenance is available at included with hosting per month and includes hosting. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) which will be added at checkout where required.

Payment terms: full payment is required before work begins on Starter plans. Professional and Premium plans require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery and prior to handover of final files or going live. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or removal of the live site from hosting. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.

To enable us to deliver your project on time, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information when placing your order; supply all required content (text, logos, images, brand guidelines) in usable formats; respond promptly to questions and review requests; ensure that any content you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party; and obtain all necessary licenses for any third-party assets you supply.

You warrant that you are the owner of, or have permission to use, all materials you provide to us, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of this warranty.

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds: 2 rounds for Starter, 3 rounds for Professional, 5 rounds for Premium. Additional revisions are available at CHF 80 per round.

Because website projects are highly customized and work begins immediately on receipt of payment, all sales are generally final. However, if we are unable to deliver your project for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the unearned portion of your payment. No refunds are available once the project has been delivered and accepted.

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, you receive ownership of the final website files specifically created for your project (text content you provided, custom design elements, and the final compiled site). Stock photography, third-party fonts, plugins, frameworks and code libraries remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you for use in the delivered website.

SnapSite retains the right to use the work produced for you for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes, including displaying it on our website and in case studies, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

All proprietary tools, internal processes, AI prompts, templates and methodologies used by SnapSite to deliver the work remain our exclusive property.

If you subscribe to our optional maintenance plan, we provide hosting, uptime monitoring, regular backups, security updates and minor content edits as defined in the plan description. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

If you cancel maintenance, you are responsible for migrating the site to a new host. We will provide an export of your site files upon request. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss following cancellation.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the project, including business strategies, customer data, credentials and proprietary materials. This obligation survives termination of the project.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or that all defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic, conversions, or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SnapSite, its directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

In any case, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SnapSite in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement for material breach if the breach is not cured within 14 days of written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

On termination, all amounts due remain payable, confidentiality obligations continue, and any provisions which by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
